Well, in full, that is 'Your Print on Demand' and it is yours because the author has a great deal of control over the look of the finished book and the retail price (and therefore the royalties) of the finished book.  The package is affordable and very competitive v.s. other P.O.D. services out there AND the purchase cost of the books (authors' rates) is also low so if your are an amateur just wanting to see your creation in print and distribute to friends and family OR a semi professional author, the price is right!
